I learn the business of the organization, management's goals and objectives for the long term and the short term, understand finance management's priorities and learn how we, as a team, can better serve the business units, so that the organization can be better positioned to reach its growth potential.
Finance management stays informed and explanations are provided on all tax matters in a coherent manner such that these can be conveyed to the organization's leadership.
