There are different vehicles available to allow tax efficient savings for the children’s college or for retirement.  Working together with the Human Resources department will allow review of what we offer and whether or not we should consider additional alternatives that cost us nothing more than what we already offer but will provide more value to our most valuable assets – our employees.
