I am a licensed attorney in California and the State of Israel. I hold an MBA, majored in finance.

Strategically-focused tax and transfer pricing leader, with nearly 20 years of professional experience, with a demonstrated history of leading global tax functions in the technology industry. During my career I have worked as a Tax Director for leading global brand names in the cyber security space such as Symantec Corporation and Imperva. As an in-house tax leader, I was in charge of all aspects of tax from planning, through tax accounting, tax compliance and tax audits. I started my career in tax with Ernst & Young and served a wide range of companies – from start-ups through leading companies in the networking hardware, telecommunications equipment.
